Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to physical products purchased from Vibrantnatural through inquiry via our contact page. We are located at 32 Bay St, Southport QLD 4215, Australia.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging.
- The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The wrong item was shipped.
We do not accept returns on opened herb sachets or items that have been used, except where the product is faulty.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange:

- Include your order details, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged.
- We will provide return instructions and a return authorisation if applicable.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, indicate this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
